Yes, I did re-add the turn around time after I noticed it was missing. A client of mine redid my website and forgot to add it back in. My website was only given a face lift about a month ago and I was still checking it over.

However, your swabble is only with me not giving you a refund not the turn around time, so that part is not in question any way with your post. You only stated that I did not give refunds. Yes, that is my policy and it has not changed from the beginning.

Therefore, I do not deserve all the harassement you and your crew are dishing out, since you should have been aware of the policy prior to ordering articles.
