Is this .psd worth coding into a Wordpress Theme?

    Hi,
    I want to get some feedback on this .psd that I am considering learning how to make it a Wordpress Theme. If I made it into a wordpress theme do you reckon I could attract a high amount of downloads? :confused:
    Oh and the top part on the right is for 2 125 x 125 ads and the rest will be made widget ready for the user to do what they wish with.

    This is a pretty basic design that most site probably already offers. I'd say add some extra interface or something to the header first to make it stand out. I like the drop shadow and such for the content though. =)

    It's a great start. I would probably enhance it by adding RSS and social bookmarking buttons in the right corner of the red header.

    No, it isn't worth coding into a template. It looks to simple and needs a lot more work.

    its a gud design, but adding some catchy background image to the header would make it look even better.
