Is this PR4 domain valid and how much is worth?

    Comes up with a PR4 on SEO Centro if you use the www prefix. PR0 if it's just the domain without the www prefix.

    That's a bit fishy. But I may be wrong.

    If it's a parked domain, the PR will eventually drop like a rock, then be
    nothing. Remember that domains do not have pagerank, webpages
    do. You are not buying the site, just the domain. The site has been
    obliterated. Right now google is fast devaluing all links to it.

    But, I live and learn. If anyone can explain how a parked domain keeps
    PR, I'm all ears.

    I do not see any sign of fake PR on this domain. However, their non www has PR0 and I assume they had use www version and 301 all non www version to a www version. That may be a possible case, but still look fishy to me.
