Is this possible?

    I want googlebot not to read any perticular paragraph of my content on any page of my site, so is this possible?
    Is there any tag which google follows for such kind of things?

    You can also put them inside a frame so that google bot will not crawl it.

    Yes you can put as image or put in a frame then google bot will not read that paragraph
