Is this possible?

Hi there,
I would like to know if anyone could possibly build a platform or a website builder that will include this template and be able to point and click and edit information.Like a drag and drop builder and publish pages and everything to my host using ftp details from the platform or website builder in a few clicks.I don't care about speed or any other things on the platform or the builder.All i want is to point and click and edit information easily just for that template.Any ideas guys?

 

Anyone can impliment a template in a CMS of your choice or another more WYSIWYG type interface.
