Is this possible to beat google?

I don't really see the point of both using the same algorithm, they might as well just get rid of one and have the other. I think people who use Yahoo at the moment will make a decision over whether they prefer Bing or Google. If they prefer Bing they will either continue to use Yahoo or use Bing (as it will be the same thing). If they decide they prefer Google they will go there, meaning Microsoft/Bing/Yahoo end up loosing out.

People who use Google now aren't going to think now that there's two SE's just like Bing that they should switch to a product that already existed but they didn't use.

 

I don't think so after all google is the biggest invention of all time. Create a work for billions.

Bing is a step in the right direction but even with the Microsoft and yahoo partnership it's not enough to take over the top spot from Google. But things do change but i don't see that happening anytime soon.

 

In time we will see. I think it would shock everyone to see if yahoo and msn can pull it off.
