Is this Possible in wordpress-Any plugins available.?

    I have a videoBlog in wordpress.See these screenshots and I would like to add this feature before my wordpress posts,is there any such plugins available or any other way to do like that .Thanks in Advance

    IMO that page navigation thing can be done using pagenavi plugin
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-pagenavi/

    AFAIK Other things can be done if u tweak the theme...
    or u could left align the image while posting and add more tag after some sentences

    Features which i am refering to is

    1. Should contain video thumbnail and a small description about the video
    2.Should Contain the page numbers as in screenshot
    3.the thumbnail must be linked to the actula post
