I would like to ask you your opinion about this,

I live in a country where everytime you connect to internet you have a new ip adress.

Is there a way that i create like a bot on my pc that connects and disconnects to generate visits?

Or also i have to delete other explorer content

Is this safe?

Or is just a stupid idea.

I´m from Uruguay South America.

and yes every time you connect you have a new ip.

If you want a static ip you need to pay like double.

 

I am not aware if you can create a bot like this or how to create such a bot but if you want, you can use Firefox and use a proxy list (so that you can change your ip address after every few seconds) and use an Add-on that reloads your page every few seconds. The time duration can be set.

in Morocco too we have a new IP everytime we connect to internet

 

ReloadEvery and SwitchProxy Tool. There might be some better Add-ons available for this but I have used these two before so I am only aware about these.

 

Dynamic IP. It's common with DSL. Not so common with Fixed Cable DSL

Yes its mostly the same way here in the U.S. you have the choice of Dynamic and Static.

 

I also heared it first time.

 

I am a bit aware about this but its a fraudulent.Sometimes its work good but this is not a safe way.
