Is this placemnet against TOS?

    Hello,

    I've just added a new adplacement in my forums. It'll display a Rect. Ad after the first post as in the following example:

    Is this breaking any kind of TOS restrictions? Which is the best color to be used for links, in my forums. I'm now using reddish one which seems moderate. Any improvements?

    I have seen this kind of setup on other forums and they are running quite well.
    There is no problem with it :)

    I would never think of staying in a forum that is so odiously covered in ads. Very unattractive, and completely spoils any enjoyment I might have surfing such a forum. But then again, that's just me. Others might like seeing ads everywhere around actual posts...
