    I don't see much wrong with that. A border around the image would help remove any doubt.

    No the placement is barely legal, but still legal. I don't see any problems. Nice placement anyway.

    I'm not talking about the stuff lower on the page.

    I'm referring to the upper page - there's a box right under the words, "ClipShare - Video Sharing Script 1.5.3".

    There's a 468x15 adlink unit INSIDE a 468x60 "banner"... very, very clever. And clean.
