Is this placement againist TOS?

i haven't completed my site yet and think about placing ads like this. is this againist TOS?

 

I see a lot of people doing this so probably it is ok. But let some adsense experts on tos to speak here or contact google.

I think doing this is very risky. Probably such sites haven't fell in the eyes of the quality team.

 

give us the html code.. fonts, color ..etc.. heh

 

I don't think something is wrong with that. You did it very nice.

Even though it seems doing something like that would be against the TOS, it is not. I see a lot of sites doing it as well.
