http://www.webconfs.com/backlink-builder.php or is that another one of those link builder things to avoid? just found it on a google search. I clicked one of the sites and it didnt seem to have much actual content on it... just full of keywords.
All that tool does is locate potential (themed) websites that you might be able to place your link on... that's it, that's all!!
