    the easiest method to know if the site is faking page rank is by finding the site through Google, for example type: info:sv-service.com

    the result is:

    Sv-service.com
    www.sv-service.com/
    Popular Search. Broadband Deals · Mobile Web · Cable Isp · Satellite Isp. By Relevance. Compare Isp · Dialup Internet. By Popularity ...

    found the same name site so the Sv-service has a valid PR 4

    You can check fake or real by checking cache of a page, if content is same page which you view then real if different then fake.
