hi, take a look at the two ads on my site.
    http://bit.ly/7RJlL
    Code (markup):
can I do this. Im affraid it isn't okay.

because you can't have images next to google ads, and what do you think.
above, you will see my adsense block, and next random images. is it better to remove the images. is it against the TOS.

and the small rectangle is that ok.

    thank you:)

looks ok to me - maybe you could add a horizontal line between the image and the ads ?

You need to add an up to date privacy policy to comply with the adsense TOS though

hey, I've read it through. and everything is ok.

but the guy above, says this:

    what??
do I have to upload something to my site or something, or does he mean that I have to do nothing wrong with the google TOS.

(sorry for the english. it's a stupid sentence)

I want to be as safe as possible, the ad above on the site scares me. because I have random images at the right.

is it better to remove it, or do something else with it.

    thank you

It specifically tells you you need a privacy policy for each of your sites on one of the adsense login screens (sorry can't remember which one but will amend this post when I see it again)
For a privacy policy then try this one:-
Privacy policy? Well google now insists that you have one on each of your sites running adsense. So why not use this one as a template?

    Privacy Policy for ____.com

The privacy of our visitors to ____.com is important to us.

At _____.com, we recognize that privacy of your personal information is important. Here is information on what types of personal information we receive and collect when you use and visit _____.com, and how we safeguard your information. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

    Log Files
As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.

    Cookies and Web Beacons
We do use cookies to store information, such as your personal preferences when you visit our site. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums.

We also use third party advertisements on ____.com to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).

You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts.
This should do the job for you!

NO the above privacy policy is not compliant with adsense TOS, the adsense TOS specifically states that you must mention DART cookies.

If you want you can copy my privacy policy from http://gardentipsandsecrets.com/privacy-policy

just change the URLS to match your site and make sure the link to your policy os seen on EVERY page of your site

thank you Jackie_W and you too adsenseplr

this must be new, because I remember last year, I had a blogspot blog with adsense. and then You didn't needed to have this policy on your site.

but thanks I added it, it's beneath the site, in the footer.

the only problem now is the banner above.
is it better to remove the images right, or are there other possibilities

    thank you
