Is this ok?

I know Adsense have recently made it official that images cannot be used right next to ads as if indicating they are related to those ads

Now I assume this is abit in the grey area, but these pics aren't really right next to them or specially placed to falsely make it look like they are linked with the ads just in with the site design and sort of there to subconsciously draw attention over that way I suppose.

Can someone tell me if they think this is ok (the ads on the right, pics on far right)~

In my opinoin, that should not be a problem at all.

 

IMO it is very gray. Maybe someone else has an opinion about this? I would e-mail Adsense and get it OK'd...

I think you are in a grey area, and would also recommand you to to put borders to the ad unit.
