is this ok ?

guys in the "user profile" of this forum there is a place where i can enter my google adsense ID to show my adsense on this site

2 questions

1. I couldn't understand where my adds should appear on this forum ?
2. Is it ok with google that i show my adds on a site other than what i've registered with them ? in other words, won't they ban/penalize me for doing this ?

no no, this site is quite alright. You can read the policies and terms of service, but it's alright to put your id so your ads can be shown on this site. If you want, try contacting Google and see what they think about it. The adsense info for this site is in the FAQ/Rules.

the question is more general .. is it ok that i have registered with adsense using one site , and then i show the ads on another site?

 

You have one account for all of your sites.

 

You can show your ads on as many sites as you want, as long as none of them break the TOS or Policies.

But be warned. Many (if not all) of those banned in Google's Ban Boom, were part of the revenue sharing program, and I am talking trusted members who aren't stupid to trick the system.

Are you saying that members could be banned from including their ads in this forum site?

 

I too am interpretting it this way too???...

Then, I was thinking that if your google ads are displayed in this forum and if you, yourself click on the ads, then??? See what I'm saying?

Maybe this is why people might get banned? It's still your IP address...

There have been a lot of topics and questions about this issue. Perhaps some experienced people could shed some light for us?
