Is this ok with the TOS? How it could be done?

    there is some ads appear while you scrolling down then disappear
    but be patient while you checking it because it may not appear for some times

    Is this ok with the TOS? How it could be done?

    I have no idea what empty space ads is, but putting adsense inside that or whatever their doing is not a good idea.

    Someone is going to be banned soon.

    I think it's against Adsense TOS try reading again their TOS>
