Is this ok or not??, I don't know, but this method I using, just double my CTR, please see attached file for layout.

I have seen people do similar things in the past, and i think it was determined that it is within the TOS. Some people did mention that you do need some type of seperation or divider between the images and the ads, but i dont know if that is true or not.

 

i wudn't suggest you this but i know that lots of people are doing it and i am one of those

 

I think it is "more legal" if you put a border between images and ads..

 

ya, most people just use a thin black(or color slightly darker then their background) to ensure that google doesnt think they are trying to trick people...
