Is this ok for 3 months work?

Ok can someone tell me if this is good or could I be doing better, its a forum and it has the following stats from 3 months work,

Alexa Rank: 326819 (next update should be < that)
PR: 1
Daily Uniques: 1000
Members: 900+
Posts: 300-1000 per day, 31000 total
Threads: 812
Backlinks According to Hubspot: 462

also could I ask about the alexa rank, I noticed a site who started later than me was climbing alexa at a ridiculous rate when I only climb about 20-60k places every 4 days, how is this?

 

It's very impressive especially the post count per day. Alexa rank is good..but you can improve it a lot.

For a 3 month old forum, you surely have a good posts count per day....unless of course, they include paid to post

Do not worry about Alexa rank and keep working the way you already have.
