In my opinion it is not nudity, but remove HOT, because this is against TOS. It is drawing undue attention to the ads.

No, from the wallpapers I saw, that is not nudity. The girls would actually have to be nude or partially nude to be considered nudity.

My nudity test: Would I want my daughter to be in them (in the future)?

I'd have no problem with the ones I saw.

Nudity means that someone is literally naked.
    I think you're safe.

I would say no! I've seen family vacation photos with more nudity than that..

But then again, google have their own twisted rules!

    Nudity according to who?

According to crazy right-wing Christians, yes.

    According to U.S. law,no.

According to Google, who knows. :)

    I agree with everyone else.

But I have to say, in the other thread the owner of that website DID have nudes and other photos that showed plenty through laced garments. You have to click on their names and then go to the gallery to see.

I like your logo graphics by the way!!

    Correct answer.

Google clearly allows some sites to have nudity, and not just once but on a rugular sustained basis. (I have posted on this topic before showing major traffic sites that routinely have adsense with nudity) Yet, other sites get banned.

Since it is only Google opinion that matters, I would ask them if you are so concerned.

The real question is how risk averse are you, and is the profit worth it?
