Is this new modus operandi of Nigerian scammers??

I've been receiving thousand of email from scammers and most of them has similar trend - someone died, left thousand if not millions and they want to share the money with you. But I notice this one a little different. I don't know whether this is genuinely from the so called person or otherwise.

But what tickle me is - why he uses gmail. I know government officials don't use Gmail, do they?

Yes I received several emails like this one before. They just won't stop scamming people... and the funny part is, some people still fall for it.
