It's the Co-OP or other network.

    Chill.

To me it looks like some network which has google like coding, and lets you display these kind of ads, and in return you get $$$$$$$$.

    That is interesting.

It seems to be a javascript function that rotates static text links. It's kind of like text-link-ads, but the ads change with each page refresh. It's probably custom coded.

Its another networks ads(don't think so cause I believe thats against the TOS), or he has gotten alot of people to pay for textlinks, and he is using a php script to place random ones there.

    Dude. Come on ..

I feel like I'm on Mars not DP.

Google will never endorse clean links. Stop the non-sense. If Matt Cutts hears you, he'll laugh for 3 days.

Let's stop the thread right now, before it turns out into a new Google service.

Take the whole phrase that appears in that page :

"Credit Cards UK | Remortgages | Mobile Phones | Free SMS | Loans"

    Search it....

Find the cache for another page listing the exact same string ...

See the link (in the footer) that Shawn has put towards the MPAA Digg page, for years I think ...

    http://digg.com/links/MPAA_Screwing_The_Wrong_Guy_-_One_Who_Won_t_Be_Extorted

It's the Co-OP. End of story.

I actually saw this kinda ads on one of my site yesterday.
It's right under the 728x90 text ads... I right clicked one of the link,
    and it showed http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com............

I refreshed the page and it's gone... weird 'eh?

Yes, there is one testing going on like that too! But this seems to be another network. But which network. No one can identify since, it has no source code available. Poor network.

As Christian said, it's Co-op. Just check the last part of the source code where you see the links.

What is Co-op? Any links on the network or whatever it is.

    Thanks!
