Its a great looking blog but yeah i dont think the name suits it, if its focusing on technical the name is not giving this impression. The name sounds like rebelious, anarchists or heavy metal music or as RightMan says, blackhat bloggers. Very nice blog though.
Its not the best name, but also not the worst name. However the name of your blog does catch the attention of a person, so people could be attracted to your blog so maybe that is good thing (possibly).

It's up to you to determine your own blog's name, but for SEO purpose, I guess your domain should include your keywords.
WtF with that name but don't worry once your audience foud your website useful the name is the less important thing...
