Is this my Host's Problem?

Ok I have 3 domains hosted on a Sponsored Host. I seem to be having some problem in the File Manager. The File manager doesn't register my changes. The files uploaded, edited, deleted, nothing changes!. I couldn't login via FTP, and I am used to the file manager's interface. So don't wish to change. I just wished to inquire that whether its my Host's issue or my browser's? I tried it on Safari as well and the same thing happens. I really wish to edit files, but just cant.

Though when I use the inbuilt interface of Wordpress it seems to work just fine in edits. Moreover this problem started recently, so I am not sure about the cause, as I do change my Browser settings from time to time. But this time I didn't!

Do you mean to say that the files which were uploaded through file manager doesnt show up in there?
Or do you mean to say that the files that you uploaded through file manager is not accessible through web?
are you sure that your name servers and dns settings are perfect?

Something is indeed 'broken' over at your host's server.

To check whether it is browser problem, try switch around different browsers eg. IE, firefox, google chrome and test it.

But what i think is your host's server is broken..
