The layout of the site is very nice, but the domain is only thirteen days old.

Maybe you can ask him proof of his real costs?

Why is he selling it with so much loss?

I must say, the site has potential, but only if you promote it very well.

Finally: It's up to you, but if you want it at any price, I would go for it.

    I wish you succes!

    Greetings, John

much better deals are out there.
    This sale has some cons:
    Poor domain name (hyphenated .net)
    Not listed on search engines
    No back links
    No traffic
    Non original template
    non original content

I wouldn't even think about buying personally. It's a young site, has low traffic, no PR obviously, and costs too much.

thats not worth to buy. its difficult monetize unless u have a good affiliate which converts well with the free movie seeking visitors

$2,375.00 to develop and he made $655 on it, you don't see anything wrong with this picture? :D

And *where* is this site pulling its data from? "100% Automatic, you don't need to lift a finger to update it." - Smells fishy to me.
