    i found my site by domain name but when i go to check for its indexing i hardly found it there , how come this happen and is this mean that my site is banned by BIG BOSS

    How old is your site? New sites tend to go in and out of the SERPs and as long as you can still find your site on the SERPs, then you should be fine. Just continue building links to your site and it will soon get back into the SERPs.

    yes it means that it was sandboxed as others suggested. I would recommend that you still continue to build out your pages and ping the pages to show to the search engines that it is relevant.
