Is this link strip ok? (in compliance)

My site, www.fearthebots.com, has a link strip between the header and the main site. They are fairly close together. I'm worried maybe AdSense will not like this because someone could too easily click the link instead of the "Published" or "Upcoming" tabs on my website. This is not my intent, but do you think my site is in compliance?

Here is an image if you don't feel like loading my website:

    Thank you in advanced.

It is ok because I did it long time ago and nothing happened to my account.

If you want to make sure, just drop the Google Adsense team an email :)

Yes, it is fine as it complies with 'Ads within Content' type of ads.

    Cheers !

Try putting a <br/> before and after your google adsense code to make it appear not too close from the Tab above and below it, make it look more like another tab..
