Is this link search engine friendly

    I am wondering if this link is search engine friendly.

    I got in a fight with a friend over if Google Juice would be passed through this link. My say on things is "the juice goes to biznik.com/click first. No juice is passed to the other links (lenrosenmarketing.blogspot.com."

    My friend says that because there is no "nofollow" tags juice is passed.

    I think this site is not using no follow tags, however, they are using a click tracking system to prevent juice from flowing to out bound links. This link is found on this page.
