Is This Link Code Giving Me Any SEO Benefit?

    Hi All,

    Just got a link from a niche directory. When I clicked on my new link I noticed it is redirected via another URL but in a way I haven't noticed before. I wanted to share the code and get opinions on whether it is helping my site for my link text. Here is the code:

    <a href="http://www.mysite.com/" target="_topclicks" class="TextNB" ONCLICK="javascript:window.open('http://go2.mylinea.com/go2.php?dir_id=13318&sit_id=777436&sit_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mysite.com%2F', '_topclicks')">Keyword Phrase 1 Keyword Phrase 2</a>

    So is this link helping me for my keywords?

    From what I've heard the SE's will ignore the JS and the rest so the only importatnt bit for them would be:

    href="http://www.mysite.com/"
