Is this link a redirect one? can be recognized by Google or not

    I find the following link form in a forum's signature section,

    http://the forum domain.net/?sdtid=1888086&sdfid=45&u2=http://www.mydomain.com/home/personal/personal/my

    Is the above link an example of redirect link? Can it still generate PR for my domain?
