Is this LEGIT? not-bannable?

    Hello everyone I plan on making a website like this one but a different Niche..

    I am wondering if this is OK with google and I wont get banned.

    as you can see in that website, they just copied and pasted the Beach Information from other website

    is that stealing content or is posting info like that OK with google? does copyrighting only for Articles/News?

    No, you can not... it is illegal to copy the content of other website.

    The number one thing Google does not like is copying/scraping the content from other sites. So stay away from copying and pasting and create your own content.
