Is this legal?

recenlty i received an email in my gmail inbox, screen shot of which is given below.



you can see adsense is given as signature (i guess). Is it legal to use adsense in such a manner in emails?

 

Its not permitted I guess.

 

This is strictly prohibited I believe

 

This is totally out of TOS!

 

Is it from Naukri.com or from the emailk sender. I beleive this email was probably sent via Naukri.com's online panel, and they just have the default html in there/footer containing the disclaimer and adsense.

 

If it is from Naukri.com, its a premier Publisher.
They may have a separate TOS agreement.

 

You are right there... I think that is the case. But I am seeing this for the first time.

 

I too agree that it might be a premer account.

its not from naukri.com! its from some usajobagency [at] gmail.com? therefore its him who he using that google adsense in the email.

 

But friend, it is sent from Naukri.com . usajobagency [at] gmail.com may be using naukri to sent these kind of emails, you know. It is possible,.

 

maybe true.. but y will google form a seperate tos for naukri? we haven't heared that its ever done such a thing.

try reporting this to google, lets see what they gotta say.

Naukri.com is a premium Publisher, as I said premium publishers may have Their own TOS agreement with google.

check the adsense id to see if it matches naukri.com.

And isn't a separate TOS discrimination?
