    Ok..
I use to do some underground spaming through AOL/AIM before But not anymore..I would like to know if it's legal or not to post some stuff I use to do with private programs..such as mass mailing, collecting email names and cracking email accounts and so on...Also would like to show ScreenShots of some of these programs & also briefly explain on how they work.

Are you asking whether or not it is legal to show someone how to perform an illegal act, such as 'cracking' email accounts, spamming, and basically phishing???

I started spaming at age 14 and had checks coming in under my older brothers name.I got out of the scene due to it getting so serious with the laws..So if I simply bring up a subject about spaming I am not glorifying it in a anyway. Its just something i have alot of knowledge in & would like opinions & feedback.Just in case you did'nt know..Spaming does exist.

Theres a company in Seattle that keeps spamming me. I'm going to go to the guys house when I fly out to visit family this week. Keep that in mind. Some people wont do jack about spam.. but other people... will pay you a visit.

    What would that give you?

I suspect a straight ban once you post the tricks you're talking about. But surely, let a mod speak for this matter.

For educational purpose, I believe it should be okay, but then you might not know some people may just learn it apply it in an inappropriate and irresponsible manner.

For "educational purposes" he must post under "security forums", aka warez, hackers, spammers forums.

Perhaps if you were to impart your knowledge to help people understand the inner workings of it, so they are able to fight back at spammers, control incoming spam, tips and tricks of what people do on the internet where they are leaving traces where spammers get their information might be a more worthy cause.

Definately a bad idea. there is enough spam out there without showing others how to do it.
Why would you want to show it? you think others should benefit by becoming spammers??

If you posted about combating spam, that would be OK.
