Is this legal?

    I recently registered domain prx.in for running a proxy site, Can I use proxy script on diffrent subdomain like myspace-proxy.prx.in or prx.in/myspace-proxy :confused: , Will I have any problem in future if I use Myspace name in url ?

    Using MySpace in the URL in any form can definitely cause issues. Myspace is a trademarked name, and they are very active when it comes to protecting their trademark. They even went after people that just had the word Myspace in the site content.

    I would advise against using it.

    Thanks, But There is lots of sites which are using MYSPACE keyword in their domain so Is myspace taking action against them?

    It does not makes it legal because a lot of websites does this illegal. Myspace warned and also sued a lot of website owners who had Myspace in their domain name.
