Is this legal????

    Hi there friends im thinging to implement adsense code like the below photo. (i havent upload it yet!)
    But i dont know if this implementation is legal for google. You know the image thing is very vague!!!
    So every thought is welcome. Thanks in advance

    I think you need a divider between the links and images. with as many people who post that they've been google-banned on this site... it's better to go safe than sorry.

    I wouldn't do it like this. A divider or something is probably the way to go, as I think this is clearly a violation of the new rules.

    Yes, the second one should be safe. The ads are still relevant and in the same place, so it should not cause too much of a difference.

    Well, the photos of the half naked chicks won't help you stay unbanned from google adsense. Those types of pics can get you kicked quick.

    Adsense recently changed their policy on image placement near Adsense Ads.

    you will probably get more visitors and more clicks by sorting out the grammar and spelling, its very obvious that this site is built for ads with games links added and not built as a games site with ads added .....sorry but building a site for ads with subject secondary aint going to get you much :( the internet is overflowing with such sites and to be honest they are very much a bugbear to the majority of users
    But good luck anyway.
