Is this legal?

    I live in US and my family members are not, I help one of them to create accounts with different affiliate networks such as CJ,CB,ebay, amazon etc. I fill in all the accurate and real information about him and I help him to make money online. All payment is received by him....Is this ok though???

    Do you have written legal authorization to do so?
    -Legal

    Also, are you entering your home information, such as stating they live in the USA?
    -Illegal

    It's a extremely sketchy subject, your better off doing everything for yourself.

    I think you must get written legal authorization in order to be everything legal.
    But if you sign them as a US residents (and they are not) it is illegal and you are cheating the affiliate company.
    Don`t do this because you both can get in too trouble and not see a single cent. Take care
