Could somebody with legal experience please tell me if this site is illegal:
    Phishyourfriends.com

From my understanding it is not because of it's terms and because the sites on it could not be used to deem financial information.

    Please tell me...

I am going to go with it being illegal, it is just way to easy for someone to abuse.

This is much more serious than you may think.

In several countries, it is an offence, not a "joke". The offence can be committed in: false representation (phishing attacks), abuse of position and failing to disclose information .

    Stop it now.

The website in question isn't working for me. So I can not speak as a person who has actually viewed their content. However, phishing is illegal in a lot of places and if a site teaches or accepts such acts, they would be aiding.

most legit hosting providers are not going to be anchor to such
activity, it does not matter if the site says "we are not responsible"
the site itself would be promoting illegal activity, and once their
host found out, no doubt it got shut-down. the domain itself will
not see the light for long on any hosting provider.
