Is this legal with adsense?

Hello,

I have found a website that has warez content, some full softwares cracked, and has some banners leading to a page with the same design but with adsense.
So is that legal? If this could work you could get an xxx website with thousands of visitors and redirect them to that page..

What you guys think.

 

Anything illegal is not permitted. Google will eventually pick up on those things.

 

It's clearly illegal, why would you even ask?

 

Sooner or later Google will caught that site or you can even report them for fast result. ^_^

 

1. There are websites who are doing this, I know some, not going to link them.
2. Google can't ban them. Let's say someone has a warez website and he links to one of your websites who has adsense. There is nothing you can do.. so you are covered even if that warez website is yours.

It is "illegal" indeed, maybe the perfect question would be .. can google do something about it.

 

There is a rule in google adsense which saying that I will not place ads on sites that include pornographic content.
So XXX is very illegal one. I think it will banned as soon as possible.

Having someone with a warez site link to your adsense site is a lot different then you yourself owning that warez site and linking it to your adsense site.

 

While porn is legal it's against the adsense TOS. Anything warez or copyrighted DL is against their TOS as well. Eventually you will get caught.

 

You will get banned if you do this, that's all
