is this legal? or how legal is this ..

    hi there .

    there is a site i intend to buy .
    it`s called :
    www.findmetracks.com

    the owner says he had no problems with it.

    and i understood from a small research i made that it is legal because
    it doesn't host the files (mp3s) on it`s server , only redirects to them.


    is that true ?

    The legality depends on country to country , also it depends on the TOS of the hosting companies whether they will accept such sites.
