The idea I have is this. On my site people pay money at $5 a pop and get to spin a wheel for prizes in essence. No matter what, they win a prize worth less equal or more than $5. That prize is then shipped to them free of charge. It's a risk game though and even though they aren't winning money and some of the money goes to charity there is still that "chance" aspect to it. What do you guys think?
