Alright, the site is http://privateconnection.info. It has 6 adsense units and apparently its legal according to googles TOS. It has a little traffic but gets lots of clicks and on some days makes more than my site with almost 4x more traffic (http://unfilterme.com). Obviously that layout only has only the safe amount of units, 3. So the privateconnection site is new with no problems now, just wanting your opinion on it.. Should of change with sites with more visitors over to that layout to try to improve the CTR? Is google really alright with having pages that have 6 different ad units? I just want to keep my account safe. Thanks for your input.
I wouldn't put 6 ad units on a page, regardless of what the TOS say. Actually in all honesty I would not use more than 2. More is not necessarily better. Actually it's usually the opposite. Dean
there is nothing wrong with the template or layout and you can have 3 text ads and 3 link ads but your site hardly has any content which will be the issue. reason you are having such high CTR is because you dont have enough content in your site to keep your visitor busy and all they can do on the site is to click on ads. i would suggest you to add more content on your site otherwise you will have problem with google in the future
Thanks for all the input. So you think if I just made another nav on the right hand side above 'proxy network' with a few links to pages with about, advertise, contact, TOS, that it would be pretty set? Thanks again for your thoughts.
Google permits every publisher to add upto 3 link units and adunits.So no problem.Better not to make ur site look spammy
