Is this labeling?

I drawed this picture to give a concrete example.
It is a wordpress blog, the title has a bigger font than the ads that are placed above and below the post.
What do you think, is this breaking the adsense tos?

The post title might be related with what appear in the ads, now because of how ads matches its content.

Lot of people do it, but personally I would add TAGS between the title and my ads, because once I received an adsense warning on one of my site for a similar ad placement, I put something in between title and ads and then it was fine.

You have to be sure the title of your post doesn't appear to be a heading for your ads. That depends in part on what kind of titles you are using and the exact formatting.

Like wwwSENSERELYcom suggests, it's better to put something between the title and the ad unit to be sure it's clear they aren't associated.
