Does it mean I can offer domain parking services and use my own adsense code just like the links shown in the above url?

I don't know why parked domains would be allowed because they have no content, just ad links. I don't put adsense on my parked domains and I wouldn't recommend doing it either.

That's a parked domain. Parked domains get targeted traffic, shauner. And you don't put AdSense on your parked domains... the parking company does. Check out http://www.fka200.com/domain-parking.

So, the parking companies have agreements with Google to put Adsense on a page with no content? I forward my inactive domains, and rarely park them.

To make any money off of parked domains, you have to have THOUSANDS of them, plus they need to be aged or once expired domains that have some form of links back to the domain. Some people use 301 redirects to focus links to the top of the domain.

The biggest users of this are black hatters who have a crap load of domains. They use them, abuse them, then put them out to pasture by parking them. I know some guys who register 2-4 thousand domains a week, and they are small guys!
