Is this kind of website violate the TOS of adsense??

    Frames so technically they are on a different page.. I don't think Google regards it like that though and I think they are against ToS but havent bothered to check.

    Only 3 AdSense for content units are allowed per page. Also, there is little to no content on that page. Fix it and you should be fine.
