is this kind of revenue sharing legal?

    In the TOS, Google states:
"You shall not display any Ad Unit on a page that contains Ads associated with another Google AdSense customer (e.g., Your Web hosting company), unless authorized to do so by Google."

So I assume if I have 2 ads on a page that have my Adsense ID, and another ad on the same page with another adsense ID, that would be against the TOS, right?

BUT, if I programmed my site such that 50% of the time, ALL the ads in the page have my Adsense ID, and 50% of the time, all the ads have another person's Adsense ID, will this be against the TOS or be ok?

as far as I know, only one publisher's ads will be shown when containing two or more ads with different publishers.

Revenue sharing is really a new area, even for Adsense itself, I'd imagine. If you are able to program the ads so that only one Publisher's ID only shows up at a time, then it's fine, it's basically what DP does here.

Agreed, I think the rule is 1 page 1 pubID.

That's what I'm doing on my website (1 page and 1 AdSense Publisher ID for all 3 AdSense blocks, Google Search, Adlink unit and the referrals) but when I asked AdSense they told me I can display several AdSense Publisher ID on one page, while keeping the limits we all know (3 adsense blocks, etc)

Here's the part of their answer you're interested in:
    "
If your website is in compliance with our program policies (http://www.google.com/adsense/policies ) and you give others permission to display ads on your site, they may place their ad code along with other publisher’s ad code on the same page.
    "

And the whole email at my site:
