    actually it was a plugin in wordpress...
    thats why o thought it will be legit..

    I don't think its in violation of GooGLe TOS, but i think its better to blend in ads within your site's content.

    Not sure if there's anything wrong with it but you might want to move it away from the image a bit just to be safe.
