Is this keyword stuffing?

Am am doing some SEO for my arcades and have but titles on all of my internal links. Most of them are the keywords I am targeting. I don't put keywords in the title unless it fits and makes sense with what the link is pointing to. My site is KingdomArcade.com. If you hover over the top nav links and the category links you will see what I am talking about.

I really don't want to get banned so if this will hurt my rankings please tell me how to fix it so that it won't.

No, I don't think there is anything wrong with your titles in terms of keyword stuffing.

Also, I suggest you change "Home" to something more descriptive that involves your keywords. Something like "Arcade Games" will help your main page rank higher for those keywords

The keywords relevancy to page content is 25%.
Tho, keywords not affect good anymore, both it is on other SE's - just put real keywords
