Is this JS doable in CSS?

    You see the way it says "finding cars" is that a JS?
    Also if you click "search", you'll see:

    "Number" cars available with these options - the number looks like a cashregister - is this cash register JS doable in CSS?

    Yep, that's a JavaScript.

    I can't think of a way to do it via CSS. You'd need a way to change the numbers based on time. CSS is not dynamic in that manner.
