    No these websites are not configured on Joomla as i see they are php scripts

    what are they configured on? I don't think 2 different websites website scripts exactly same website in php.

    From the looks of the source, one is copied from the other. What on the server generated the source? You can't tell that from the browser (you'd need admin access to the server for that), but there's no Javascript framework in either one.

    no joomla there, the paths of the scripts do not reveal a joomla install.

    administrator ... not administration. But this is not a good trick because it's easy to hide with plugins

    You don't need plugins - .htaccess can deny access to the admin area of any site.

    Edit:
    @shlogo:
    So does denying all but the IP of the owner of the site.

    those plugins don t add a login /pwd on top of it, they hide the admin page, different thing
