There are too many restrictions on PayPal account in India. Now can someone tell mw whats the use of a PayPal account left WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD verification? Previously we can transfer funds, etc now we can't do anything.

Does anyone still find any use? Please share with me!

Well... Paypal is the accepted world-wide. So this can't be just the end!

Also its the Indian Govt. Policies which have led to such restrictions !!

No end as most of the users are still using PayPal just to receive money.
And those who use it for send money can surely apply and get a credit card.

But the main problem is losses due to exchange rate. Or else, it'll be fine.
